- All tickets and game points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In the event of an unexpected park closure or cancellation of an experience, tickets for affected time slots may be eligible for rescheduling or an exchange.
- In the event of technical issues or operational delays that impact your experience, customers may be eligible to receive game points back as compensation. Contact our customer service team on the day of your visit to arrange this.
- Please ensure all guests meet the required age and height restrictions for each experience. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for tickets purchased without meeting these requirements.
